Krav Maga or contact combat is the official self-defense system of the Israeli Defense Force, as well as law enforcement agencies around the country. It is a reality-based system that was developed to be used effectively on the streets by men and women of all sizes and uses simple and instinctive movements that are easy to learn and remember, especially under high stress situations.
Krav Maga Force’s reality-based self defense training program is now available for children ages 5-9 with our Little Warriors program and ages 10-14 with our Young Warriors program. Both programs are the ideal springboard for your children to learn the concepts of self-defense while increasing their overall level of physical fitness.

StrikeFit is a kickboxing heavy bag workout unlike any other, which involves proper striking to a heavy bag, focus mitts, and thai pads and is supplemented with strength training, body weight exercises, plyometrics, functional movements, and mobility work. Fight Fit is a high intensity, total body workout that utilizes the training techniques common to Mixed Martial Arts training, including pad and heavy bag work. In Fight Fit you will learn to punch, kick, and throw striking combinations like the pros while burning massive amounts of calories, developing muscular strength/tone, building core strength, and improving your flexibility.
Force Fit is a challenging, full body workout, consisting of interval training, as well a variety of athletic, cardio and conditioning drills designed to help you burn calories, build lean muscle mass, strengthen your core, and lose weight.
