STRIKEFIT 

StrikeFit is a kickboxing heavy bag workout unlike any other, which involves proper striking to a heavy bag, focus mitts, and thai pads and is supplemented with strength training, body weight exercises, plyometrics, functional movements, and mobility work. Not only will you learn real krav maga striking and striking combos, as well as develop a survivor mentality, confidence, and mindset, but you will burn lots of calories, get in shape, and have fun doing it.


Each class is designed by our certified instructors, who will teach you a unique combination, motivate you, and provide you with a high intensity workout in a safe and friendly environment, that is appropriate for all fitness levels and ages!

STRIKEFIT CHALLENGE

If you are you ready to lose weight, get in shape, or just looking for a new workout regimen, then the StrikeFit Challenge is the answer. StrikeFit Chicago is looking for men and women of all ages and fitness levels to participate in an 10 week fitness challenge that is guaranteed to help you get in shape, transform your body, and change your life. Our program will help you increase strength, improve your conditioning and stamina, build muscle tone, improve your eating habits and nutrition, as well as provide you with personal coaching from our experienced and dedicated staff, motivation, and a positive environment.

  

Since participants' availability and schedules vary greatly and we want to accommodate everyone, we are now giving participants the option to begin the Challenge on the date that they choose. Prior to your start date, however,  you will be required to set up a date and time to come in for your interview and fitness consultation.

The StrikeFit Challenge will involve:

  • A personal interview to discuss your fitness goals, to answer questions and address concerns, and to conduct an overall fitness evaluation. 
  • Before and after photos, measurements, and weigh-in
  • An easy to follow meal plan, developed by an experienced nutritionist and
  • Attendance of at least 3 StrikeFit per week (for the entire 10 week program)
  • StrikeFit classes are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length and are a hard-core kickboxing heavy bag workout that   involves real krav maga striking and striking combinations on heavy bags, focus mitts, and thai pads, supplemented with strength training, plyometrics, and mobility work. You will burn tons of calories, get in shape, and have fun doing it!

The StrikeFit Challenge will not be easy, but with hard work, commitment, and dedication, it will give you the results that you are looking for and a total body transformation. Classes are offered throughout the day, so the challenge can fit into even the busiest schedule.
