Andy Feltovich is a lifelong martial arts and fitness enthusiast. He was a high school wrestler and football player and has studied Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Aikido, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, and Martial Blade Concepts. As a student at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale he trained in Mixed Martial Arts at the SIU Martial Arts Club under then President Vince Fields and successfully competed in Judo and submissions grappling tournaments. He began his training at Krav Maga Force in 2014 and became an instructor in 2015. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His classes emphasize power, mobility, and stamina. When he’s not training—which isn’t often!—he’s a consultant in KPMG’s Financial Risk Management Advisory practice and enjoys studying acting, improv, and stunt work at Second City.

Martial Blade Concepts and Modern Self Defense
This is an advanced course that builds on the foundation laid in other Krav Maga Force self defense and fitness classes. The course focuses on blending empty-hand combatives with modern blade and counter-blade techniques, concealed-carry handguns, improvised weapons, and emergency medicine. Realistic scenarios and in-fight weapon access will be emphasized throughout the course. Although there are no formal prerequisites for the course other than membership at Krav Maga Force, the course will assume background knowledge equivalent to the Krav Maga Alliance Level 1 curriculum.
Participants are REQUIRED to have and bring their own pistol holster, MMA gloves, and eye protection.
It is strongly recommended that participants also bring a mouth guard, groin protection, and shin guards.
Krav Maga - Intermediate (Levels 2 and 3)
StrikeFit (Heavy Bag)
StrikeFit is a kickboxing heavy bag workout that involves proper striking to a heavy bag, focus mitts, and thai pads and is supplemented with strength training, body weight exercises, plyometrics, and mobility work. Not only will you learn real striking and real striking combos, but you will burn lots of calories, get in shape, and have fun doing it.
