In 2011, she decided she wanted to learn more about this transformational experience and hoped to share it with others. She completed her 200 hour certified yoga teacher training program at Equinox in its Pure Yoga program. Thereafter, she began teaching part-time in office environment, gyms and private classes. In September 2015, she decided to leave her paralegal career behind to pursue yoga instructing full-time. She continues to broaden her yoga education by attending various trainings and workshops totaling 136 continuing education hours. She is currently enrolled in The Institute for Intregrated Nutrition Program to become a health coach and plans to integrate both her passion for yoga and nutrition.
Diana teaches a slower flowing Vinyasa Yoga classes which encourages her students to find what works best for their bodies while using conscious-controlled breathing techniques to flow through her sequence. Diana believes yoga can help everyone to become more familiar with their body and mind while getting closer to total well being.
