Krav Maga or contact combat is the official self-defense system of the Israeli Defense Force, as well as law enforcement agencies around the country. It is a reality-based system that was developed to be used effectively on the streets by men and women of all sizes and uses simple and instinctive movements that are easy to learn and remember, especially under high stress situations. The basic principles of Krav Maga are threat neutralization, simultaneous defensive and offensive maneuvers, and aggression; in other words, recognize danger at the earliest stages, react without hesitation and with a seamless explosion of violence, and eliminate the danger as quickly as possible by delivering a series of combatives to the vulnerable parts of your attacker’s body. With Krav Maga, you will become a walking human weapon.
Objective: To survive by whatever means necessary and become a master of controlled violence and chaos.
Krav Maga Force offers reality based self-defense, as well as, a variety of bootcamps and fitness programs that will train students to defend themselves, using the combatives, techniques, and principles of krav maga, a self-defense system, based on hand-to-hand combat utilized by Israeli military and adopted by law enforcement agencies in the United States. This training will provide students with an efficient and effective means of recognizing danger, addressing it immediately, and neutralizing the threat quickly by focusing on the vulnerable parts of an attacker’s body. Through hard work and dedicated training, students will develop the physical ability to defend themselves, along with an increased mental strength, self-confidence, and the mindset necessary to survive a violent attack, by whatever means necessary.

If you want to get fit, both mentally and physically, this is the place to go. The classes vary perfectly. If you want a heavy workout there's options for that. If you want to get better at your technique there's options for that too. If you want yoga, that's there too. I personally can't stick to a gym membership where I go and hop on a treadmill or lift weights. I need to be having fun to be able to stick to it. And these classes are a blast.

Krav Maga Force is an elite training school. Tony (the owner) and his team of instructors are knowledgeable and make everyone feel welcome. The students at the school are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Everyone is open to teaching, learning, and growing together. Krav Maga Force is a place where you come in a stranger and leave as family.

Love the educated, yet down to earth classes! They will definitely kick your a$$ but leave you feeling strong and always with new material to work on.

The community at KMF is what really separates it from other martial arts gym. Everyone from the instructors to the students are very cool and helpful. There are no egos like some other schools I have trained and everyone is super friendly. There is a really cool group fighting / jiu jitsu class 2X a week that is probably my favorite class taught by Ben. He's a great teacher, ears and all. If you check it out you will know what I mean.
